My faith journey:
I was born and raised in the Dominican Republic, the youngest of three brothers. I grew up in a Christian home and attended a Christian school from a young age, but it was during a school camp in my teenage years that the Lord brought me to a personal faith in Christ. It was also at school where I met my wife, Shantal.
Shantal and I married in 2012 and soon after moved to New York to pursue our master’s degrees. After returning to the Dominican Republic for a few years, we eventually returned to the U.S., first settling in Miami and later in Central Florida. We now have two awesome boys, Alec and Axel. Professionally, I work in the creative and marketing space.
Worship has been an important part of my walk with the Lord from an early age. I began serving through my school’s worship team and later at my church in the Dominican Republic. Since then, God has given me the opportunity to continue serving His church through worship wherever He has taken our family.
When we moved to Central Florida, we were looking for a church grounded in sound biblical doctrine, and God led us to Grace Pointe in 2023. I’m grateful to call Grace Pointe our church home and for the opportunity to serve here by leading worship.
